Michelle Desjarlais-Trepanier, age 48, passed away on
February 17, 2026, in Entwistle, Alberta.
Michelle was a loving wife, sister, daughter, and friend whose warmth and kindness touched everyone who knew her. She had a generous heart and a gentle spirit, always putting others first and making people feel welcome, valued, and loved. Though she had no children of her own, she shared deep bonds with her family and many friends who were blessed to be part of her life.
She is lovingly survived by her devoted husband, Daniel Trepanier; her sister, Melissa Bennett; her cherished niece, Aiyana Bennett; her father, Ross Bennett; and a large circle of extended family and dear friends who will forever hold her memory close.
Michelle had a remarkable talent for decorating and creating beautiful spaces. Whether preparing for holidays, special occasions, or simply making everyday life brighter, she poured her creativity and heart into everything she did. Her home reflected her warmth — welcoming, thoughtful, and filled with love.
She was a proud and loyal fan of the Edmonton Oilers, cheering them on with enthusiasm and pride. Sharing her love of hockey with family and friends brought her great joy.
Michelle will be remembered for her loving spirit, her creativity, her laughter, and the beautiful way she brought people together. Her presence was a gift, and her memory will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of all who knew her.
She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
A Celebration of Life will take place at the Entwistle Hall Friday February 27 2026 at 1 p.m.
